Songbird Banding Research – The life histories of songbirds on Anguilla was a focus of research completed in 2003-2004. Focusing on the Katouche Valley on the north side of the island, we surveyed both resident and neo-tropical songbird populations within the valley. As part of our research counting and banding songbirds, we identified population status, habitat requirements, and conservation priorities for songbirds within this critical forest habitat.

Seabird Census Research – EPIC researchers documented seabird nesting populations on the offshore islands of Anguilla in 2003 and 2004 to assess population changes at these Important Bird Areas of global and regional significance. Results were shared with relevant policymakers.
