Photo Description: I enjoy time alone. I am grounded by the nature that surrounds me. Taking this picture means a few different things for me. The action of the picture was a teachable moment while hanging with a dear friend and also fellow photographer. We spent the day nerding out on gear and capturing moments along the way. As for the island itself as the subject of this photo this was a place I visited on many excursions while boating around St. Thomas. It was the first time I ever went cliff jumping above 20ft. It holds dear the memories I have of my younger years and all the adventures we embarked on.
