Photo Description: This photo was taken during our monthly water quality survey on our designated routes. Sailing above us was 'The Frigate,' commonly known as the Sea Pirates, and they are popular in our protected area. This moment was captured to save the scenery of a Frigate's open wings, which expand to an estimated 6-7 feet.
