Photo Description: Along with other winged visitors to the waterfront property of the Keys Marine Lab, gulls (I believe they are juvenile laughing gulls, correct me if I'm wrong) like to have a rest on our seawall between flights. This was taken in the winter, so as the temperature cools off as much as it can in the FL Keys, these guys like to sit and dry off together for warmth and safety. They are always on the lookout for any would-be photographers trying to sneak up and capture their likeness, to which they clearly take great offense.
