Photo Description: In my final months at university, it could almost be said that I spent more time in its green areas than in the classrooms. A friend had just sparked my interest in nature photography, and we set out to capture (in frame, of course) the species with which we shared the university's grounds. On the very last day I went there, after many previous attempts, this hummingbird gifted me a moment of calm—and almost of intimacy—to photograph and admire it without the usual frenzy of trying to follow these birds.
