Photo Description: Our dive guide was keeping his eye on us while also helping to keep the ecosystem in balance. It was my first time seeing a lionfish being killed. They ate native to the Indo-Pacific but have become established in the Caribbean, where they prey on and compete with native species for resources. I think this captures an element of life in the Caribbean Sea.
