Photo Description: This was one of my many road trips to see the sunrise in the East of a Trinidad during my vacation. I often do this as part of my Stay To Get Way in this our tropical paradise. We left home while it was still dark in the early hours of the morning to catch the sunrise then to Ortoire River before the Manzanilla Stretch. This is the spot where this river meets the sea, always a breathtaking stop. On this particular day I was shocked to find the shore full of shells for at least 20 feet, one on top the other, it was so amazing to see. There were different color shells with a variety of contours. I have stopped here many times since then hoping to see it again and have never seen this sight repeated. It marked the wonderful start to another beautiful Caribbean road trip and it's forever etched in my memory.
